What is Insightly CRM?

Insightly CRM is a modern, scalable customer relationship management solution for fast-growing companies. It provides users with a unified hub for business processes such as sales, marketing, and customer service. It has contact management, opportunity management, and even project and task management features. It also has workflow and process automation tools that are very simple to use, much like no-code standalone business process management solutions. This makes pipeline management a breeze on the platform.

The product also provides real-time sales insights and customizable configurable reports. One neat thing we found in our Insightly CRM review is that it allows users to convert closed/won opportunities to post-sales projects, providing an end-to-end sales CRM workflow. Moreover, it also works with virtually any business solution, thanks to its REST public API. With this, you can connect it to the tools you already use, such as productivity software and the like. It also has native integrations for document management software such as PandaDoc, MS 365, and Google.

There are three Insightly CRM pricing plans built annually: Plus, Professional, and Enterprise. Insightly CRM pricing starts at $29. Furthermore, the software company also offers other products such as Insightly Service and Insightly Marketing. The latter is designed to rival the best marketing automation tools available. It also offers Insightly All-in-One that comes with all its digital business solutions.

What’s new in Insightly CRM?

Our Insightly CRM review found that the software provider is known for its dedication to improving its products. The company is looking to expand its project management capabilities for better team collaboration. It had already released noteworthy additions such as a range of new features and improvements like the ability to incorporate a search box into custom field dropdowns, the cloning of drill path cards when duplicating the entire dashboard, the introduction of report editing restrictions specific to each report, and the inclusion of a marketing lists-related grid to leads and contacts.

Other significant updates were made, including:

  • AppConnect: Seamlessly connects Insightly with various daily-use software applications, offering 500+ pre-built connectors. Recent enhancements include additional connectors, removal of data transfer limits, and a new bulk action for executing AppConnect integrations.
  • Service: Launched in September 2021, this application now features a new mobile app. Substantial updates in three key areas: Knowledge Base, Ticketing Management, and Customer Portal.
  • Knowledge Base: Enables users to reorganize articles in bulk, use new API endpoints, automatically generate tables of contents, and perform bulk archiving of knowledge articles.
  • Ticketing Management: Recent updates include new mobile and tablet apps, a new API endpoint, @ mention capabilities in ticket comments, visibility into agent activities, automated customer satisfaction surveys, and improved ticket merging.
