Although robotics and automation are growing, they mostly assist rather than replace humans—robots handle repetitive jobs, while welders perform complex and precision tasks. Industry experts expect a partnership between man and machine, not the elimination of roles. Moreover, automation is expanding the demand for welders who can program, troubleshoot, and manage these systems.
